When you submit a scan, we may collect your store URL, brand name, email address, competitor URLs, target search queries, crawl results, report data, and notes related to the audit.

How we use information

We use submitted information to run the audit, generate report pages and PDFs, respond to support requests, deliver paid audit work, improve the product, prevent abuse, and comply with payment or legal obligations.

Public website scanning

The scanner reads publicly accessible pages such as homepages, product pages, collection pages, robots.txt, sitemap files, metadata, and structured data. Do not submit private, internal, or confidential URLs.

Payments

If you purchase a paid audit, payment may be processed by a third-party payment provider. We do not store full card numbers. Payment providers may collect billing information according to their own policies.
